Kyle brings more than a decade of experience using capital to support more equitable and sustainable housing systems, with a track record of deploying over $700M across affordable housing, real assets, and housing innovation. He co-founded Pathway Homes to help expand access to homeownership through flexible lease-option and partial mortgage products, and most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer at Homegrown, where he helped launch a nationwide platform aligning housing affordability with energy and climate outcomes. With a strong foundation in underwriting, product design and investor engagement, Kyle is well positioned to help grow Candide’s Home & Place portfolio and advance this critical impact vertical and investment strategy.
