*Assets Under Advisement (AUA) represents the total value of all assets for which Candide is actively providing advisory or management services as of the reporting date, regardless of whether the assets qualify as securities or meet the SEC definition of “continuous and regular” supervision. Current AUA includes: Regulatory AUM; non-securities assets under active advisory or management, including debt vehicle commitments; and Client portfolios under active advisory engagement that are not yet fully committed or deployed, where Candide is providing guidance on capital deployment, investment strategy, financial modeling, portfolio construction, or transaction execution.
