Jolynn brings more than 20 years of experience building and supporting mission-driven organizations across venture capital, investor relations, and global ecosystem development. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff at Kapor Capital, where she helped lead fundraising and LP engagement across a $225M+ platform, authored and presented impact reports, and supported long-term investor partnerships. Prior to Kapor, she led LatinSF, a public-private initiative of the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development, connecting international founders and investors to the Bay Area and driving $25.5M in investment and 350 jobs. A longtime relationship and community builder, Jolynn pairs strong execution with a genuine human approach.
