Aner co-leads Afterglow Climate Justice Fund and is Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer for Candide Group.  Since 2013, he has led Candide's climate investment practice, where he has led over 25 investments supporting clean energy companies and projects. He has held Board seats with Solar Holler, a leading solar developer in Appalachia and Complete Solar, a residential solar developer in California.

Ben has spent nearly two decades in clean energy finance and operational leadership, with an ever-present focus on equity and access for low-income communities and working families. He was most recently President, Capital Markets & Strategy at PosiGen, which he joined in early 2019 after seven years at the Connecticut Green Bank and its spin-out national specialty financing company, Inclusive Prosperity Capital. At PosiGen, Ben drove key geographic expansion and platform growth initiatives, led all capital markets activities, and built a world-class team focused on executing on PosiGen's mission of Solar For All.

George has over 17 years of experience in renewable energy finance and development. In 2008, he was Co-Founder of Sol Systems, a renewable energy investment firm that has deployed more than $1B into solar asset investments on behalf of multinational banks, insurance companies, and large energy firms in the form of tax equity, debt, and cash equity investments.

James is a champion for shifting power and resources to communities where wealth has been historically extracted. Most recently, James worked as an investment analyst at the Skoll Foundation, supporting climate justice social innovation that centered community-led solutions from the Global South to US South. He also designed impact assessment frameworks and performed diligence for mission-related investments in underrepresented fund managers.
